These terms are an agreement between you and Trevor Snider ("we", "us"), which operates ApplauseWall at applausewall.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
ApplauseWall lets businesses collect written testimonials from their customers, choose which ones to publish, and display them on a hosted page or on their own website using an embeddable widget.
You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least [minimum age, e.g. 18] years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
You own the content in your account, including the testimonials you collect. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the Service for you. You are responsible for making sure that the testimonials you publish are genuine, that the people who wrote them agreed to publication, and that your use of them follows the advertising and consumer protection laws that apply to you (for example, rules against fake or misleading reviews).
If you submit a testimonial to a business through an ApplauseWall form, you agree that the business may display it publicly, as stated on the form.
Do not use the Service to publish fake, unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, to attack or overload the Service, or to break any law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The Free plan is free. The Pro plan costs the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe (currently $12 per month or $90 per year, plus any applicable taxes) and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
The Service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the Service down we will give you 30 days' notice and a way to export your testimonials.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@applausewall.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
